White Envelopes are most widely used envelopes due to their aesthetic appeal. They are used for mailing and storing documents. They are available in 70, 80, 100 &120 gsm.
Kraft Envelopes
Kraft Envelopes are brown color envelopes available in 70 and 80 gsm. They are widely used for mailing documents due to their opaque nature which does not allow see through of the content inside.
Buff Envelopes
Buff Envelopes are available in 70, 80,100 and 120 gsm. They are mainly used for mailing invitation cards and wedding cards.
Manila Envelopes
Manila Envelopes are available in 70gsm and are not much in use now. Rarely are used for mailing invitation cards.
Take Away Envelopes
Take Away Envelopes or Chalu Kraft envelopes as they are popularly known are used as give away envelopes to customers by stationery shops to carry printouts/photocopies. Available in 12×10 and 19.25×14 inches.
CLOTH ENVELOPES
We are one of the leading suppliers of cloth envelopes in the country. We offer cloth envelopes in three quality Regular, Sonal and Superfine. Cloth line is mounted on 80 gsm ledger paper by automatic process to create one of the finest quality envelopes. Difference between Regular, Sonal and Superfine Cloth lined envelope is the distance between two thread. In Regular cloth the two threads are little far apart from each other followed by Sonal cloth envelopes where they are nearer to each other and finally Superfine cloth envelope where the two threads are closest to each other. Lesser the distance between two threads stronger is the weight envelope can hold.

Cloth Envelopes have wide range of application from storing to mailing purpose. Cloth envelopes are widely used for courier purpose in today’s digital world of online shopping where they are used for sending parcels from one place to another.
Gusset Cloth Envelopes
We also keep cloth envelopes with 2″ gate/Gusset which are used for storing or mailing bulkier items. They are also available in Regular, Sonal and Superfine Quality.
SYNTHETIC ENVELOPES
Transparent Envelopes
They are made from plastic and are widely used by Pathology labs and hence are called as Pathology envelopes. They are available in 250 and 300 micron and are branded as Natural Delux and Natural Super Delux respectively.
Also opaque variant of 350 micron called Milky Super Delux is available with 350 micron.
Safety Envelopes
They are premium envelopes wherein nylon threads are mounted on ledger paper which is then coated with HDP (High Density Polyethylene). Self adhesive silicon tape on the flap makes it temper evident. HDP coating also makes the envelope water resistant to some extent.

Reinforced Brown Damar Envelopes
They are also known as Damar envelopes. They are sturdier than normal envelopes as they are made by sandwitching coal tar (damar) between two paper sheets. Also fibre cloth is mounted on it which holds paper and coal tar (Damar) together and provides superior strength to envelope.
Bubble Envelopes
Bubble envelopes are brown colour envelopes where bubble roll is mounted on brown paper coated with HDP (high density polyethylene) by hot sealing process. It is available with seal and peel flap. It is specially used to mail delicate material.
Security Envelopes with POD (Courier Envelopes)
These envelopes are made up of LDPE and are used for mailing many types of materials. They are available with POD Jacket which enables sender to put mailing address. They are temper evident which means once sealed they cannot be opened without tearing the envelope. They are available above 60 micron.
